why are you really here:

01

Carrying More Than You Can Say Out Loud

You hold a lot: pressure that doesn’t loosen, worry that circles back, an inner critic that never clocks off. On the surface you’re coping; underneath it’s heavy. Maybe you don’t feel like yourself anymore, or you’ve not quite landed on who that is. The words stick in your throat, so you carry on carrying.

02

Wondering If Things Could Be Different

You sense there’s another way to feel, clearer, kinder inside, more at home in yourself, even if the route isn’t obvious yet. It’s okay not to know the how. We start where you are and let small, real shifts build hope you can actually feel. Less push, more peace; feel more, carry less.

03

Searching for Something That Feels Right

You’ve tried the tips, the routines, the “shoulds.” Settling sounds lovely until it feels restrictive, like another test to pass. Old, outdated patterns still tug, and you can’t tell if you’re off-track or if there was ever a track to begin with. You want something that fits you, not a fix to perform.

04

Feeling Disconnected From Yourself and Others

Some days it’s hard to feel like you. You’re there, but not quite in it; close to people, yet slightly out of focus. The edges blur, the centre’s hard to find, and everything feels a bit arm’s-length. If that distance sounds familiar, you’re not the only one.

Whatever your pain looks like,

you don’t have to carry it alone.

A UK-based relational psychotherapist, trained at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute.

Being human doesn’t come with a manual.

Together, we’ll navigate the stuck feelings you can’t name, the blurring between past pain and present overwhelm, using therapy that’s more about feeling safe and understood than ticking boxes.
When words fall short, we’ll turn to the body, working with trauma-informed, shame-aware, relational therapy that can hold all of you, even the parts you keep out of sight.

You don’t have to earn being here.

As a BACP member I work within the BACP Ethical Framework, keeping an evidence-informed, reflective, thoughtful stance. I believe therapy should feel human and doable. I hold a calm corner for big feelings to settle and feet to feel steadier. I favour steady over shiny, and honesty over hurry. You’re welcome even if everything reads fine on paper. You don’t need perfect words to start; life is messy, and that’s allowed.

We all feel wobbly, sometimes. This is a space where you don’t have to explain.

Where being you, all of you, is enough.
